2. Digital Products

  • All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

  • Once you have purchased and accessed or downloaded the content, you will not be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange.

  • This applies to:

    • Audiobook access or downloads

    • Digital bonus content (if applicable)

    • Memberships or content restricted to paid users

Exceptions for Digital Products: Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment)

  • You purchased the product but were never granted access due to a technical error (reported within 7 days)

  • You contacted us before accessing or downloading the content

3. Physical Products

Our physical products are custom-made on demand by our manufacturing partners. For this reason, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Refunds or replacements may be offered only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or misprinted upon arrival

  • The wrong item was shipped

Process:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include clear photos of the item and a description of the issue.

  • Once verified, we will coordinate with our manufacturing partner to provide a replacement or refund.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled if they are still in processing and before production has begun.

  • Once an order has been submitted to our manufacturing partner for production, it cannot be canceled.

5. Unauthorized Use or Fraud

If your payment method was used without your consent, please notify your bank or payment provider immediately and also contact us. We may request verification before issuing any refund.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting, with the revised effective date displayed at the top of this page.
